Thank you for wishing to purchase tickets for our planned performance of ‘Lockdown in Little Grimley’ by David Tristram.
This is our first indoor performance in The Woodclyffe Hall since the outbreak of Covid-19 and we are committed to operating in a way that ensures full compliance with all relevant published Guidelines, safeguarding the welfare of all our volunteers involved in managing the event and yourselves as our very welcome supporters.
We have already learned a great deal from our very successful outdoor production in September and the operation of our weekly junior workshop sessions since mid-September. Please therefore respect all normal social distancing rules when travelling to the venue and awaiting admittance.
In particular, you must observe the following advice:
Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before ‘curtain up’. One of your party will be asked to scan the NHS Test and Trace QR code located in the entrance lobby. If you do not use this, one of you will be required to confirm your full contact details to our Stewards.
It is a legal requirement that you wear a face covering for the entirety of your time in The Woodclyffe Hall.
Please sanitise your hands when entering.
Once you have entered the Hall, you will be shown to your allocated seat(s). There is no bar facility and you are requested not to leave your seat, and, in particular, not to mingle socially.
The toilet facilities will be available; please observe the established hygiene arrangements when using them.
We have no objection, within reason, to you bringing your own refreshments for consumption at your seat. Please take all items home with you.
The production consists of a preview sketch followed by a short three act play. Total running time is estimated at just over one hour. There will be no interval, just a very short break between items and scenes. At the end of the performance, please remain in your seat until the stewards indicate you may leave. Exit will be via the double fire escape doors half way along the left hand side of the auditorium. Once you have left the building, please disperse as soon as possible.
If you are purchasing tickets in pairs or larger groups, the sale is made on the condition that all persons in your group are from the same household or established support bubble. If you are planning to attend with a friend
who is not from your household or support bubble, you are required to purchase single tickets, as adequate social distancing will not otherwise be possible. Should you have difficulty in booking the seating arrangement you require, please email your requirement to firstname.lastname@example.org, being as flexible as possible on the performances you can attend, and we shall make every effort to accommodate you.
In the event that you become aware of having contact with a person that has tested positive for Covid-19 within 14 days before your attendance, please do not come to the performance. We shall refund your ticket price on
application. You are required to notify us if you develop Covid-19 symptoms within 14 days after your attendance.
Your purchase of tickets is deemed to be confirmation of your acceptance of these conditions. Thanks again for your support during these difficult times and we hope these restrictions will not detract from your enjoyment of the show.
